"Worst experience with an auto insurance company in my life. Screwed me multiple times because they have ignorant people who don't know how to do their job. Called them after an accident on my main vehicle to switch my no fault on the vehicle I didn't drive to full coverage so I could use it again as my main vehicle, got in another accident and found it I wasn't covered! They had zero records of my call and nothing was done. Then find out my license is suspended because they never sent over the proof I was insured from the 1st accident. Then all of a sudden I go from paying $85 a month for both cars to over $300 for one. Then they have the audacity to tell me that even though the claim on the 2nd accident was denied because I wasn't covered when I thought I was, it drive my insurance up significantly! I cancelled at that moment and switched even though it costs me more, id rather pay a company I trust that will handle the basic job paperwork when needed. They screwed me a lifetime over and I will never use state farm again. You get what you pay for and cheaper isn't always better. I especially was not happy with the answer I got that it was too late to make any changes and I'm just out of luck."
